I've decided that, after a near two-year hiatus from this blog, that it is post-time to update. Here are some new publishings this year:

I've got a review of my recent chapbook on Ibbetson Street Press Editor Doug Holder's blog by writer Irene Koronas. An excerpt is below:

The poems are split into two themes; morose, (with good reason,) and relating specific relationships (with good reason)“where her imperfection lies, at the bottom of her pantleg/ the one who claimed that I was the first to undress her…”yet and but, yet still, Veronneau combines his poetic process, his way of expressions, with a tenderness that marries rant relative to morose relationships, a three some, a three way street, a three legged dog?“

So, I've committed to put out some yet-to-be-titled works by some other writers in the small press. Cicily Janus is one such writer. Her work is intimate and speaks on a variety of levels. It will be a dual collection of sorts; partly composed of short stories, the rest with poetry.
I'm also working with Jack Henry and Melissa Hansen. All bringing something different to the table in terms of style and delivery.
Hope you guys have a good day of the dead. And, if you're planning on grave robbing this year, there is a good essential oil called Thieves that was used during the plague of the 1400's to ward off infection while partaking in such matters. Have fun!

New Chapbooks, New Creations

So, I've got a few new chapbooks due out in the next few months. One from Pudding House titled "More Than Promised" the other from Propaganda Press, title pending. Considering I've never submitted a chapbook manuscript before this, it has equated to a pleasant surprise for me.

I've also got poems upcoming in Underground Voices, Yellow Mama, Ken Again, Mastodon Dentist, Cause & Effect and more, I'm sure... I think.
